Joseph first joined CMK for following his sophomore year of college for his first official Co-Op. Coming from the architecture side of the industry; Joseph brings a new perspective to the development team.

 

In his first term with the company, he learned a breadth of information about the industry, contributing to ongoing projects in construction, financing for projects in pre-construction, and the scouting process for potential new projects. Following his first Junior year semester, he returned to the company for his second Co-Op and has continued to contribute to CMK.

 

Joseph is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston MA.
