One Exchange Place

CMK Development Partners has teamed up with Ballybreen Ventures on a second project, this one a mixed-use development at One Exchange Place in downtown Worcester.

This historic building at One Exchange is a former local courthouse and police station. It is located in a prime location, adjacent to the city’s convention center, a block from Worcester’s Main Street, and in the heart of its downtown, where millions of dollars of new investment has taken place.

The redevelopment will include the complete historic restoration of the building, and the development of 44 residential units and approximately 6,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor. 
 

Construction will begin in the first quarter of 2024, with completion in the third quarter of 2025.
