Union Place

CMK Development has partnered with Behrend Construction on the development of Union Place, a 40 unit age-restricted rental complex located at 26-32 Union Street in Natick.

The project is a three-story complex comprised of 40,000 square feet, located on a 70,000 square foot parcel. Three single family homes previously on the site have been demolished to accommodate the development.

There will be an assortment of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, and 20% of the units will
be affordable. McKay Architects of Dedham designed the project.

The total development cost is approximately $13 Million. Financing has been provided by the Lowell Five Cents Savings Bank.

Construction began in the 4th quarter of 2023, and will be completed in the 1st quarter of 2026.
