Cincinnati State’s Middletown Campus

In a partnership with Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, and the City of Middletown, the principals at CMK purchased and fully renovated a six story office building in the heart of downtown Middletown, Ohio. An iconic building, it now serves as the Middletown campus of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. This 60,000 square foot building houses classroom space, computer labs, science labs, a bookstore, and student success center.

It is the only community college in Butler County, serving students from five counties in Ohio. In addition to a number of degree programs, the campus hosts the college’s workforce development center.

The campus brings thousands of people into downtown Middletown on a daily basis, has created 100 new jobs, and has been a vital part of the downtown’s revitalization efforts.
