Massasoit Community College

Principals at CMK, on behalf of Massasoit Community College, renovated a former elementary school in downtown Middleborough, to allow Massasoit to expand its health programs in a location of new growth for the college. This renovation of first class space for Massasoit has allowed the college to expand by hundreds of students at a location with quick proximity from Routes 495 and 24.

Massasoit did not have the financial capacity to undertake the project on its own, so Kavanaugh obtained the financing, took the risk, undertook the construction, and delivered the project on time and under budget.

The building continues to be a major success story for both the college and for downtown Middleborough.
