The Flats at 11 Washington Street in Natick is a 48 mixed-use, mixed-income project located at 11 Washington Street in downtown Natick. It is located within 150 years of the Natick commuter rail station, with quick access to downtown Boston, and in the heart of downtown, with walkable access to the Natick Common.

CMK Partners was selected to be the developer of the 5-story building, and construction has recently begun. The project will be completed in the 1st quarter of 2023. 

Ten (10) affordable units will also be provided.
